Day 4
We started the day with delicious breakfast prepared by the hotel, Bed Changkian Hotel before departing to Chiang Rai for a half day trip.
在我们启程去往Chiang Rai 前，我们先在Bed Changkian Hotel 享用他们为我们准备的美味早餐。
First stop in Chiang Rai 第一站: Wat Rong Khun 白龙寺
Wat rong khun, also known as the White Temple is located about 3 hours from Chiang Mai. It was designed by Chalermchai Kositpipa and it first opened its doors to visitor back in 1977. It is a contemporary and unconventional Buddhist and Hindu temple. It has since become the national landmark and one of the most recognizable temples in the country which attracts a surprisingly large number of visitors yearly.
我们的第一站就是位于清莱， 昵称白寺庙的 Wat Rong Khun白龙寺。从清迈去往此寺庙须大约3小时的路程。这Wat Rong Khun 寺庙是由一名为Chalermchai Kositpipa 的画家所设计，与1977年第一次开放给游客参观。白寺庙是属于一间非传统的佛教与印度教结合的寺庙。它已成为当地兼泰国具有代表性的著名景点，每年都成功的吸引了大量的旅客参观。
Hands from hell
In order to reach the main temple, you will first have to walk across the Bridge of the cycle of Rebirth where you will be greeted by thousands of hands rising from the ground. The sheer number of hands symbolizes the endless human desire to temptation, but the message is one must first pass through hell and overcome all temptation and desire in order to reach heaven and happiness, which in this case, the entrance to the temple.

要抵达寺庙的主殿，就必须先穿过一座名为轮回重生的桥梁。在这座桥的两侧，你可以看见一幅壮观的情景：千只手从地面浮现出来，象征着人类欲望的无止境。此外，设计者也想透过此情景来表达一则信息：要抵达天堂与拥有快乐，就必须先通过地府以及克服一切欲望与诱惑，主殿的入口也就象征着天堂的入口。

The colour white is chosen as it symbolizes the purity of Buddha while silver represents his wisdom. I highly recommend to visit the temple during the day as the temple designs has glass structures which gives off a mesmerizing scene under the sun.
寺庙的主要以白色和银色为主，白色的用意是为了表达对于佛教的纯洁，而银色则代表着智慧。此外，大片的玻璃片也运用于此寺庙。 为了欣赏到在阳光下散发着耀眼的银光， 我会建议大家于早晨前往此庙。
Golden toilet at Wat Rong Khun
除了白寺庙，不得不提起 Chalermchai的另一佳作，一间金色的建筑物 - Wat Rong Khun。 为什么呢？因为它的真实身份，居然是令人惊讶的公共厕所! Wat Rong Khun 也被列为亚洲最豪华的厕所。金色的外体代表着世俗的欲望和金钱，而白色则意味着心灵。 Chalermchai的对此建筑物的想法是希望大众多多关注于心灵，而非物质以及占有。

Next Stop: Doi Chaang Coffee
During the trip back to Chiang Mai, we stopped by for coffee at Doi Chaang Coffee which serves premium coffee and is ranked as the world’s top 1% coffee. It’s a relatively relaxing place to have a quick recharge with their range of coffee and dessert if you are travelling between Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai.
在返回清迈的路途中，我们在一间名被评鉴为排名全球1%中的顶级咖啡Doi Chaang 咖啡厅休息了片刻。咖啡厅的宁静，使它成为一间不错的休息地点。

Wat Chedi Luang柴迪隆寺
The last stop was at Wat Chedi Luang which is one of the ancient and impressive temple in the city of Chiang Mai. It was built in 1481 and was partially destroyed by an earthquake in 1545. Remember go inside to enjoy the cooling shade and marvel at those huge golden pillar.
我们此行程的最后一站为 - 柴迪隆寺 Wat Chedi Luang，是清迈最为古老与具代表性的寺庙，建立于1481年。在1545年时，因为一场地震，导致此庙的一部分被摧毁了。来到此庙，一定要记得进去享受里头的荫凉，以及欣赏它的金色柱子。
