First off, drop by Ristr8to, a famouse latte cafe located at Nimmanhemin Road. The owner, Arnon Thitiparsert, has won the World Latte Art Championship in Budapest, Hungary back in 2017. The signature coffee , Satan Latte is an award winning drink in the year 2011 and 2015, which is served in a cup in line with the World Latte Art Championship’s regulation size and shape. Alcoholic coffee and non-caffeinated chocolate drinks are also served here. The best part of it all is the reasonable price. So, if you’re in need of a coffee fix when in Chiang Mai, head over to Ristr8ro, which guarantees an insta-worthy picture for your vacation.

第一站，Ristr8to一间位于Nimmanhemin Road 的著名cafe。Arnon Thitiparsert， 店主在2017年赢取了世界盃咖啡拉花大賽冠军。他们的特调咖啡Satan Latte 是一杯符合了2011和2015年世界盃咖啡拉花大賽规则大小和形状的作品。在这，他们也有销售酒精咖啡饮料和无咖啡因饮料比如巧克力饮料。 不得不说，虽然它们名声大噪，可是价钱还是非常公道。 所以，你要在清迈找喝咖啡的好去处，Ristr8to是一个不错的地方。

Next, we headed over to SP Chicken for our brunch. It's one of the locally famous restaurant in Chiang Mai. Once you step into the shop, you are greeted with the savoury smell of charcoal grilled chicken as well as a unique vertical rotisserie. This one of a kind rotisseries grills 6 whole chicken at a time and ensure the the chicken is cooked evenly. The size of chicken here is small than usual however is it BIG in flavor. The slightly crispy golden brown skin of the chicken is tender and incredibly juicy. The whole experience is made more irresistible and flavourful when the chicken are paired with its sauces; Nam jim jaew (a house made combination of chili flakes, fish sauce, lime juice and green onions) and Nam jim gai (known as sweet chili sauce). Between the 2 sauces, Nam jim jaew is the perfect combination for me. If you ever make a trip to Chiang Mai, don’t miss out the opportunity to taste this flavourful grilled chicken. Do arrive early as they tend to sell out early.

我们来到清迈当地著名的SP Chicken餐厅享用我们的早午餐。当踏进门时，你们会看见一个个改良过的烤炉悬挂着一只只不断旋转的烤鸡欢迎着你的到来。这独特的烤鸡方式是为了确保烤鸡能均匀的受热。一眼看上去，鸡的体型虽比普通小，味道却十足。略帶酥脆的金黄色外皮，鮮嫩多汁的肉质，再附上沾醬，更是锦上添花，美味无比，齿颊留香 。沾酱方面有2种选择，分别是：Nam jim jaew (一个结合了辣椒碎，鱼露，酸柑或桔子和青葱特调而成的酸辣沾醬）和Nam jim gai （甜辣椒醬）。 两者选择我更偏向Nam jim jaew。 如果到清迈的话，不妨到這裡品尝他们特色的烤雞！为了避免销售完毕，记得要早去哦！

We continued our journey by car to Doi Suthep Temple which is roughly 15km from the town of  Chiang Mai Town, up on the Doi Suthep mountain. The whole journey took around 45 minutes of drive. 20 minutes into the journey, we arrive at the first viewpoint of Doi Suthep. At here, you get to enjoy the cool breeze as well as an incredible view overlooking Chiang Mai. Unfortunately for us,  the view was hindered by bad weather.
接下来， 我们就启程，前往素贴双龙寺。素帖山（Doi Suthep）位於清迈西北約15km车程，全程约45 分钟。就在大约20分钟的车程， 我们到达了半山，一个气候凉爽宜人的观景台，在此处也可以俯瞰欣赏清迈的全景。可惜，当天旅程的天空不够晴朗，让我们错过了俯瞰清迈全景的机会。

25 minutes later we finally arrive at the  Doi Suthep Temple, one of the famous sight of Chiang Mai

抵达半山，再驾约25分钟的车程我们就抵达了双龙寺（Doi Suthep Temple)了，清迈必访的景點之一。

If you do not intend to drive to the temple, the next bay way is to travel by Red Songthaew Truck Taxi (as shown in picture above). Round trip up and down the mountain should cost around 100 baht per person.  If you're travelling in a group of 2, renting a motorbike will be another suitable choice as well.
如果你们（2-6个人)不想自驾，你们可以到清迈大学门口，乘搭双条车上下山，价格大约是泰币100一人。如果你们是两人行，出租摩托车也无疑是个不错的选择。 

Once you enter the temple, you will be greeted by glittering gold under the sun. I was in awed by the beauty. To me it’s well worth the effort to make it up the mountain.
一踏进庙里，你会仿佛看到了一个黄金世界欢迎着你的到来。金塔在太阳底下显得更金灿灿，简直是金碧辉煌美极了！值得一来！

After that, we headed to Baan Khun Chang Kian, known as the  land of sakura in Thailand. The whole journey takes about 40 minutes from Doi Suthep and it is slightly tough as the roads are narrow, so travel with caution. Unfortunately for us, we travelled here late as the locals mentioned that the sakura starts falling off early February. So, to avoid disappointment, visit Chiang Mai between the end of December to beginning of Feburary.
过后，我们就前往Baan Khun Chang Kian， 也被称为泰国的“樱花谷”。由双龙寺出发，约45分钟路程。如果是自己开车记得要小心因为路比较窄。不幸的是，根据当地人我们来迟了因此错过了观赏樱花的时间。所以，避免失望， 记得12月未到2月头拜访清迈。
