Soffle, Verve Mont Kiara
Missing for fluffy Japanese pancake but can't fly to Japan right now? Here, I am going to introduce you Soffle, Mont Kiara to solve your craving.
At here, besides the classic souffle pancake they also served souffle pancake with varieties of topping which include belgium chocolate (as picture below), mango, tiramisu, earl grey pearl and etc.
Signature Souffle Pancake (RM25)
Personally think that classic souffle pancake is soft and fluffy enough compared to other souffle pancake. But for me, I still think I had the most incredibly fluffy souffle pancake at Gram Cafe, Japan.
Valrhona Chocolate Souffle Pancake (RM27)
Besides the signature souffle pancake, Valrhona chocolate souffle pancake is also one of the signature. According to them, they are the first one that serve souffle pancake in chocolate. Not to mention, the chocolate ice-cream is soft with just the right amount of sweet.
Yuzu Lime Kakigori (RM21)
Apart from souffle, I personally enjoyed their Yuzu Lime Kakigori , it's so refreshing and I like Yuzu flavored food, a complex blend of sweet and sour.
