Dim Sum @ Dynasty Restaurant, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel

My family and I headed over to Dynasty Restaurant (pork-free) at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel to try out their Dim Sum. At here, the chef emphasizes on using high quality and fresh ingredients only as he makes all the Dim Sum from scratch daily.

A total of 33 dim sum are available in their a la carte menu for lunch every day. The price starts from RM11 nett onward and choices range from  steamed, baked and deep fried to variety of healthy congee. Some of their signature items are the emerald dumpling with scallop, steamed shangling dumpling simmered in clear soup, work fried radish cake with shrimp and bean sprout and charcoal steamed bun with eggyolk custard.

If you are fans of prawn, crispy salad prawn dumpling is a must try. It has a crispy outer layer, while the prawn inside was fresh and bouncy.

A dim sum meal will not complete without the classic one - "Siu Mai", Rice Noodle Rolls and Egg Tart.

Overall, the service is up to my expectations. Would recommend anyone to try if your looking for good atmosphere and good Dim Sum. You won't be disappointed.
